Return & Refund Policy – ZeySkincare

At ZeySkincare, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You must notify us immediately (within 24 hours) of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Important: Returns for reasons like "did not suit me", "changed my mind", "don’t like the product", or "ordered by mistake" will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at zeyskincareofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and the damaged/defective product

    • A brief description of the issue

Failure to report within 24 hours will make the return ineligible.

Return Approval & Process

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll be requested to share your bank details for a manual transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Free gifts or promotional items


ZeySkincare reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
