Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy – ZeySkincare

Thank you for shopping with ZeySkincare. We’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, festive seasons, or new launches), processing time may extend slightly.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship across all major pin codes in India.

Metro Cities 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities 3–7 business days
Remote Areas 5–10 business days

Note: These are estimated timelines provided by our courier partners and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders:  (Free shipping for orders above 1000)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹40 COD fee may be applicable 

  • We occasionally run free COD or free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our banner announcements!


4. Courier Partners

We work with reputed logistics partners 

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with your tracking link and AWB number.


5. Tracking Orders

  • You’ll get an email/SMS confirmation when your order is shipped, with a tracking ID and a link to follow the shipment’s status.

  • You can also write to us at zeyskincareofficial@gmail.com if your tracking link isn’t working or for delivery-related questions.


6. Delays in Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier strikes

  • Remote or inaccessible areas

  • Festivals or government holidays

We are not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or events beyond our control but will assist you as much as possible.


7. Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Please check with household members, security, or neighbors.

  • If still not located, email us within 24 hours at zeyskincareofficial@gmail.com so we can raise a ticket with the courier.

Please note: Courier companies often require 5–7 working days to investigate.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

  • In such cases, the parcel will be returned to us, and a re-shipping charge may apply.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We're working on expanding globally — stay tuned for updates.
