3. Pricing & Payment

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or public holidays are out of our control.
Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

We have a strict no-return policy unless the product is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Key points:

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
No refunds will be made for reasons such as change of mind or product not suiting your skin.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
To cancel, email us immediately at zeyskincareofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID.
